This project by Atelier Kempe Thill involves the partial removal of the Moerwijk housing estate, which was originally designed by Dudok. Within the new urban-development plan by the firm KCAP, the housing block along Erasmusweg is the first step of the urban renewal operation. The block consists of a social housing flat with gallery access and maisonette housing on the ground floor and also a strip of terraced houses with voids. Both buildings are connected to a car park at ground-floor level and to a semi-public wooden deck on top.
