In 2025 Atelier Kempe Thill teamed up with baukuh (Milan) and re:architekti (Prague) offices. We took part in an international three-steps competition for a new urban mixed use project in the new Florenc21 district in Prague. The plot B.05 stands close to main train station, right in the city center of the Czech capital. The project consists in compact units for starters on the housing market, equipped with shared facilities for the residents – such as a laundrette, a fitness room, a large kitchen, and a rooftop with garden and sport facilities. In addition to that, commercial spaces will be realized on the ground floor. The project is meant to be built largely as a wooden structure combined with clay walls.
