Atelier Kempe Thill and Thörner Kaczmarek are commissioned to transform the 30.000m2 office complex at Tucherpark next to the famous Englischer Garten park in Munich. The commission is the result of an international architecture workshop organized by the clients. The protected project was built by the renowned Munich architect Sep Ruf at the end of the 1960s and will now be carefully restored and transformed. Among other things all facades will be renovated, the inner organization of the building will be adapted to allow multi-tenant use. This will be achieved by introducing a new green courtyard, and all office space will be renovated according to contemporary standards.
