Atelier Kempe Thill won an invited competition to develop the new master plan for the Mauritius Health & Care Campus in Steinfurt, Germany. The project in the Borghorst district has a size of around 36,000 square meters and consists of four very different building clusters, all connected by green spaces for pedestrians. A modern rehab clinic with 200 beds and also featuring a swimming pool will be built on the campus, as well as a residential care center for different elderly groups, a housing estate with about 100 apartments of various sizes, and a day-care center for small children.
