The project Waterzicht Vilvoorde is situated in the city of Vilvoorde, at the edge of the Brussels agglomeration, Belgium. It stands between the Brussels Canal and the Senne River and faces the “three fountains” park located on the other side of the canal. The site is part of a large-scale operation to revitalize and define anew the east bank of the canal, which was formerly entirely occupied by industrial activities. The project involves 64 apartments, 4 row houses, commercial spaces on the ground floor, and underground parking, all organized around a garden in a collective courtyard. The courtyard opens up toward the Senne River.
