Atelier Kempe Thill’s proposal submitted for the new expo and conference center in Bruges, Belgium, suggests creating the new monumental building in the form of a ziggurat. The flexible expo hall would be organized on the ground floor level followed by two additional floors with auditoriums and restaurants. The roof of the public building was designed as a new green park for the city of Bruges. From the top, visitors would enjoy splendid views of the medieval skyline of the famous Flemish city.
