The court information center by Atelier Kempe Thill is a small addition to the courthouse in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and was built in the central hall of this government building. The program of the center asked for a building where information can be provided to the public; therefore, the pavilion needed to be very transparent. The building is a steel structure, and the façade is made of “jumbo glazing” up to a size of 6 by 3.21 meters per sheet.
