In the eighteenth arrondissement of Paris, France, a building for 55 apartments, a dental practice, and a parking garage was designed and constructed by Atelier Kempe Thill. The program was organized in two compact urban villas connected by a little collective garden. All apartments have flexible floor plans and glazed façades with sliding doors. A private winter garden is wrapped all along the façade, functioning as an additional outside space, and as a climate and noise buffer for the apartments.
